Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Pricing Specialist who will ensure that pricing policies, deal structures, and commercial approval processes are applied consistently across the organization. The role will support sales teams by providing pricing guidance, driving margin optimization, and delivering insights to improve deal strategies and overall commercial performance.
Your tasks as Pricing Specialist:
• Pricing Governance & Policy Management: Maintain and apply pricing rules, discount governance, and approval workflows. Ensure compliance with commercial pricing policies across all customer segments. Support updates to pricing structures and manage configuration changes as required.
• Deal Support & Commercial Guidance: Provide frontline support to sales teams on pricing, deal structures, and commercial terms. Evaluate deal scenarios to balance competitiveness with margin protection. Advise on alternative deal constructs, commercial levers, and win-rate improvements.
• Performance Monitoring & Insights: Track pricing performance, margin trends, and deal profitability. Analyze competitive pricing dynamics and market benchmarks. Deliver insights on deal performance and suggest improvements in pricing strategy.
• Process Optimization & Standardization: Identify opportunities to streamline the deal process and reduce cycle time. Drive consistency in pricing approaches across markets and solutions within Digitial solutions. Contribute to best-practice documentation, pricing playbooks, and sales enablement materials.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Revenue Operations, and Commercial Enablement teams. Support alignment between pricing strategy and global commercial objectives. Provide input into pricing roadmap development and continuous improvement initiative.
Your Profile:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pricing, deal desk, revenue operations, commercial analysis, or finance within a B2B environment.
• Proven experience working in SaaS, subscription-based models, or telematics/connected vehicle technology.
• Strong background in margin analysis, pricing methodologies, discount governance, and commercial approval processes.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and CPQ platforms (Salesforce, SAP CPQ, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and turning data into actionable pricing insights.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.
• Familiarity withB2B sales cycles, commercial negotiations, and deal-structuring processes. Experience supporting commercial teams in international or multi-market environments is an advantage.
