Intern Support ELSA Implementation

About the team

As part of the ELSA implementation and rollout across Asia Pacific region, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support daily operations, user enablement, and system adoption activities.
The intern will work closely with Procurement, Business, and System Support teams to assist buyers and suppliers in using procurement systems, maintain training materials and data records, and provide operational support during the rollout phase.

What you can look forward to as Intern-Support ELSA Implementation:

• Support supplier registration and onboarding activities in the ELSA platform.
• Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for suppliers and buyers regarding daily system usage.
• Assist users with questions related to different modules and functionalities.
• Support data maintenance, data updates, and system housekeeping activities.
• Monitor and follow up on user issues, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
• Assist in the maintenance of knowledge base articles and FAQs.
• Support user training sessions and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Your profile as Intern Support ELSA Implementation:

• Available for a 9-12 month internship.
• Able to work on-site at least 3 days per week.
• Good written and reading skills in English; able to communicate. professionally via email and documentation.
• Fast learning ability to understand new systems and processes.
• Good communication skills.
