About the Team

We drive global Purchasing VA/VE initiatives to improve product cost competitiveness and deliver sustainable material cost savings. The team promotes VA/VE methodologies, tools, and best practices while enabling value improvement and cross-functional collaboration across Div. B Purchasing.

What you can look forward to as Global Purchasing Value Management Specialist：

• Promote VA/VE methodologies, tools, and best practices across the global purchasing team.
• Deliver VA/VE training and knowledge sharing to purchasing and cross-functional teams.
• Plan and lead internal and supplier VA/VE workshops to identify value improvement opportunities.
• Support the evaluation and validation of value improvement opportunities through cost analysis and business case assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to accelerate value creation and enhance product cost competitiveness.

Your Profile as Global Purchasing Value Management Specialist：

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on VA/VE experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of VA/VE methodologies, workshop facilitation, and value opportunity evaluation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and suppliers in an international environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
