Job Description

This Job Role is part of the Job Family "Purchasing & Supplier Development" / Sub Job Family "PS Supplier Quality" and Includes jobs focused on selecting, qualifying, and developing supplier relations, supplier services, products, and related processes.

Job Role : As Supplier Champion, execute Supplier Readiness processes (TR, APQP, PPAP, SL) and ensure Serial Quality (Complaint management, Escalation, NC Cost recovery, Supplier improvement) across different automotive commodity parts like Bar turned parts, Forging, Casting, Machining, Special processes like plating and HT etc  in accordance with ZF Processes.

Supplier Readiness : Supplier Lead Projects end to end by conducting Technical Review, APQP, PPAP approval as per business needs. 
Ensure flawless execution of Projects by being On-Time and ensuing defect free supplies in Safe Launch and serial business.
          Monitor serial quality, drive on-going supplier improvements, Swift response & prompt closure  of serial quality issues. Responsible for NC cost recovery.
Initiate strategic quality improvement activities to systematically enhance Supplier performance Viz a Viz PPM Reduction and reduction in number of complaints.

1.    Qualification                       : B.E Graduate (Mech / Production) 
2.    Work experience                  :  5~7 years work experience in automotive industry. Must be versatile enough across multiple commodities.
3.    Position                              : Equivalent of Assistant / Deputy Manger,  C-SQE
4.    Functional skill Set               : Technical Review / APQP / PPAP / Problem solving / FMEA / Quality Tools. Analytical and Data analysis skills.
5.    Communication skills            : Excellent  oral, written communication skills in English. Inquisitiveness to learn. 
6.    Abilities                              : Possess strong abilities in planning, coordinating, executing, coaching, decision-making, trouble shooting and reporting. 
7.    Proficiency                          : Working in MS Office …mainly in Excel, PPT, PBI
