About the Team: The Human Resources team at ZF Axle Drives Marysville, LLC. plays a key role in supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment that produces axle drive systems for Stellantis as a Tier One automotive supplier. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside HR professionals in an in-plant setting, supporting a variety of functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, training, and HR administration. This year-round internship offers current students a unique opportunity to develop practical HR skills while contributing to a collaborative team that supports the success of both employees and plant operations.
What you can look forward to as an HR Intern:
- Visible presence at HR welcome desk and represent HR for initial employee questions/concerns.
- Manage visitor and employee traffic for other HR employees.
- Manage HR correspondence including phone calls and voicemail.
- Maintain grievance files and grievance log.
- Manage recognition programs.
- Create welcome and promotional slides for new hires and internal promotions.
- Support Talent Acquisition/Recruiting with paperwork, interview scheduling, etc. Assist with orientation.
- Manage employee badges and corresponding badge system to include regular access audits.
Your profile as an HR Intern:
- Pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Customer service attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills and must be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
