Job Description
Because ZF Wind Power keeps on growing, we are looking for a Global HR Lead, to join our team in our headquarters in Lommel, Belgium.
What you can look forward to as Global HR Lead Wind Power:
- Act as the strategic HR business partner for global business functions (e.g. Purchasing, R&D, Global Operations, Supply Chain and Sales), translating business priorities into people strategies and HR initiatives
- Drive and support organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews and key people processes
- Partner with the BU Leadership Team to contribute to business strategy discussions, providing insights on organizational capabilities, workforce implications, culture and talent-related risks and opportunities
- Lead and facilitate business transformation and change management initiatives across functions and regions, ensuring organizational readiness and sustainable implementation
- Serve as the key interface between the business and HR Centers of Excellence, translating business needs into HR solutions and ensuring the effective deployment of global HR programs, policies and processes
- Advise leaders on people-related matters, including performance management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent management, expatriate management and job evaluation frameworks
- Monitor workforce and HR performance indicators, including headcount, personnel costs, workforce development and strategic workforce planning, and drive appropriate actions to support business performance
- Collaborate with local HR teams and business stakeholders across sites and regions to ensure consistent execution of HR priorities, address organizational challenges and share best practices globally
Your profile as Global HR Lead Wind Power:
- Extensive HR experience with broad expertise across core HR processes, preferably within an international matrix organization and in collaboration with Centers of Excellence and Shared Services
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business drivers, translate organizational needs into people solutions, and balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational realities
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making through trusted advisory, stakeholder management and effective communication across functions, sites and regions
- Solid analytical capabilities, including the use of HR metrics and workforce data to support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and business performance
- Proven capability to lead large-scale organizational transformation and cultural change initiatives across regions
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, take ownership and drive initiatives from concept to implementation
- High level of integrity, resilience and sound judgment, combined with a collaborative approach and the ability to build strong networks across diverse cultural and organizational settings
- International exposure and leadership experience, with excellent English communication skills, knowledge of Dutch is considered an asset, regular presence in Lommel is required
