HR Generalist - Xuzhou JV

About The Team

We are looking for a new colleague HR Generalist to join in our team in Xuzhou for the JV between ZF and XCMG at the location of Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. 

What you can look forward to as HR Generalist of Xuzhou JV:

• Purpose of the job： The HR Generalist supports the HR Manager in overseeing daily HR operations to deliver people solutions that support business needs and strengthen operational excellence. This role focuses on payroll, talent acquisition and employee relations while also contributing to HR initiatives, reporting and budge management.
• Lead and coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate souring, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Be the Administer payroll with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper timekeeping and compliance with all regulations.
• Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws and support business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.

Your Profile as HR Generalist of Xuzhou JV:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, English, or related fields. Has minimum 8 years of HR experience, with solid exposure to recruitment and employee relations. Experience working in multinational or large group organizations preferred.
• Technical Competencies & Skills: Knowledge of labor law and HR management. Good command of English and Chinese. Proficient in MS Office.
• Behavioral Competencies & Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Strong organizational and execution capability; High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information; Has analytical mindset with attention to accuracy. Has the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
