Head of Finance/IT & HR of Xuzhou JV

About The Team

We are looking for a seasoned leader to be the Head of Finance/IT & HR for the joint venture between ZF and XCMG at our location of Xuzhou, China.

What you can look forward to as Head of Finance/IT & HR of Xuzhou JV:

• Overall responsibility for Finance, Controlling, HR and IT functions at the Xuzhou plant to ensure financial integrity, transparency, and organizational effectiveness, aligned with regional and global corporate requirements.
• Finance & Accounting: Ensure compliant accounting according to PRC GAAP and IFRS, including reconciliation to Group reporting requirements; Manage local statutory reporting and government filings (monthly/quarterly); Oversee Golden Tax System and Fapiao processes; Ensure compliance with Chinese tax regulations (VAT, CIT) and local interpretations; Manage cash flow under FX and capital controls (SAFE regulations); Coordinate audits and act as key contact for authorities and regulators; Strengthen internal controls in a higher-risk compliance environment.
• Controlling: Analyze P&L, cost structures, and operational KPIs; Ensure robust data transparency and governance in local systems; Manage plant controlling (OPEX, CAPEX, efficiency, localization strategies); Support make-or-buy decisions considering local sourcing dynamics; Manage product cost calculation in alignment with BU Controlling; Implement scenario planning in a volatile market environment; Ensure proper evaluation of government incentives/subsidies.
• Human Resources: Manage all local HR processes in compliance with Chinese labor law; Ensure proper handling of labor contracts and termination regulations; Oversee social insurance & housing fund obligations; Implement global HR strategies adapted to local market conditions; Manage employee retention in a high-turnover environment; Coordinate with official union structures (ACFTU) where applicable; Lead cultural integration and organizational development; Functional reporting to Regional HR (PU structure).
• IT: Ensure the normal operation of the company's IT systems; Guarantee availability of all local data and applications; Manage or participate in projects for IT process improvement. Ensure the security of company electronic data.

Your Profile as Head of Finance/IT & HR of Xizhou JV:

• Professional: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR or similar.
• Be fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Has Several years of leadership experience in manufacturing environment. Strong experience in international and matrix organizations. Solid understanding of Chinese regulatory framework (tax, labor, FX)
• Experience with internal controls and compliance systems.
• Strong analytical and implementation skills. Proven leadership in complex environments. High intercultural competence (China–global interface). Hands-on, pragmatic mindset. Strong stakeholder management skills.
