SW coordinator - Problem Manager

We are looking for a new colleague who will be responsible for coordination and analyzation of problem incidents within software development for eMobility projects.
Your tasks

  • Coordinate the activities of the analytical team, oversee the progress of individual incidents, plan and report regularly
  • Plan resources and competencies within the analytical team, coordinate the time schedule and present the procedure for resolving individual incidents
  • Communicate with the customer in terms of analysis process and solution results
  • Collaborate with the SW development, testing and quality team


Your profile

  • Experience in a coordinating position in the field of software development or problem management
  • Knowledge of English on communicative level (to successfully communicate in an international work environment)
  • University degree in the technical field (informatics, electrical engineering, applied sciences)
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • The advantage is knowledge of tools: Omnitracker, Polarion, etc.
