About the Team

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Zhuhai.

What you can look forward to as Production Employee

1. Production Workshop Management: Responsible for the daily arrangement, management, and operation of the production workshop. This includes scheduling production, supervising production progress, and coordinating workflows.
2. Employee Training Program: Develop training plans for workshop employees and assess and evaluate subordinates based on the company's assessment scheme.
3. Production Data Supervision: Review daily production reports, material requisition forms, and maintenance reports to understand production status and follow up on supervision.
4. Cost Control: Supervise the use of rework materials, auxiliary materials, and tools to control production costs.
5. Safety and Quality Management: Ensure safe operations, maintain on-site equipment, supervise production quality, and reduce customer complaints.
6. Assist in Optimizing Production Processes: Participate in and implement capacity improvement projects, improve production methods, and enhance production efficiency.
7. Communication and Coordination Skills: Good communication and coordination skills are crucial for coordinating work between departments and solving problems.
8. On-site Management and Improvement: Ensure 5S management on-site and continuously improve the working environment.

Your Profile as Production Employee

1. College degree or above, with some production management experience.
2. Strong execution ability, serious and responsible work attitude, strong initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
3. Strong interpersonal communication skills, strong leadership, and effective employee management methods.
4. Familiar with ISO9000/ISO14001/TF16949 systems.
5. English proficiency: Able to communicate orally.
