What you can look forward to as Key Account Manager:

  • Support the development of marketing and sales strategies for the Asian market and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Develop and manage programs and activities across online and offline channels to execute the defined strategies.
  • Conduct ongoing research on market, technology, product, pricing and competitive trends, and prepare comprehensive analysis reports.
  • Formulate and implement sales plans to achieve annual, quarterly and monthly targets while managing existing customers and sales channels.
  • Drive customer development by identifying, acquiring and cultivating new customers, distributors or partners aligned with regional strategy.
  • Plan and execute marketing and sales activities for new product launches while coordinating phase-out strategies for legacy products.
  • Coordinate intercompany business activities and communication with teams in Europe and the United States.
  • Build strong customer relationships, generate sales through active engagement, support design-in activities, and lead negotiation on contracts and pricing.

 

Your Profile as Key Account Manager :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing (including sales channel management, marketing management, project business management); excellent communication and negotiation skills; strong business handling capabilities (building and maintaining good relationships with existing customers and developing new customers).
  • University degree or above, preferably in Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related fields.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills across all organizational levels; capable of multi-tasking and working independently; ability to work under pressure; excellent problem-solving and judgment capabilities.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, execution and management skills; strategic thinking and strong analytical ability; respectful, open-minded and team-spirited; strong willingness to travel.
