Warranty Engineer

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague who will join our Quality team in Chassis plant located in Zhangjiagang, Suzhou.

What you can look forward to as Warranty Engineer:

• Mainly responsible for handling the 0km and field issues at customer site, arrange and manage 3rd party service at customer side and in-house.
• Responsible for return, testing and analysis of warranty part, and submit the analysis report to customer in time.
• Record the customer complaint information and relevant cost in SAP, and monitor the booking status.
• Responsible for customer portal maintenance and management.
• Interface with customer regarding quality related topics, including customer feedback, customer special requirement, quality agreement, etc.

Your Profile as Warranty Engineer:

• At least 3 years working experience in quality area in automotive industry.
• Bachelor degree or above, Mechanics or Engineering background.
• Fluent English in reading and writing.
• Experienced in problem solving especially be familiar with 8D, Ishikawa, 5-why, A3.
• Be familiar with field failure analysis procedure, eg. VDA FFA.
