For our location Changchun & Shanghai, China we are offering a job opportunity as a part of DPS (Digital Production Solutions) department in the Region Asia Pacific. The regional team “Digital Production Solutions – Asia Pacific” implements standardized processes and solutions for the digitization of internal production and is responsible for Industry 4.0 projects and their rollout in all Div C plants in the Region Asia Pacific. In close cooperation with the domain Production and corporate IT, we implement economical processes and solutions based on modern IT technologies, such as ERP- and PLM-Systems, Digital Manufacturing Platform (DMP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Augmented Reality and Big Data Analytics. Regional Process Expert „Digital Production Solutions“ (Process)

Your tasks:

• Implementation of the “Digital Manufacturing Strategy” within Division C

• Participation in the analysis, optimization, automation and digitization of processes in the field of Industrial Engineering, Production / Operations and Maintenance

• Management of Roll Out projects to implement standardized systems e.g. SAP PP, SAP PM, SAP KPN, Axalant FDO, DMP and other systems as well as training of the local experts in the related departments of the region or plants

• Perform Industry 4.0 Maturity Assessments and Value Stream Analysis indirect Workshops in cooperation with central departments and plants

Your profile:

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a similar subject

• Professional experience in the environment of Industrial Engineering, Production or Maintenance as well as experience in the implementation of production-related projects in the automotive environment desirable

• Process thinking, hands-on mentality as well as the ability to cooperate and communicate from the shop floor to management level and intercultural competence

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and willingness to travel
