Quality System Engineer

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague who will join our Quality team in Chassis plant located in Zhangjiagang, Suzhou.

What you can look forward to as Quality System Engineer:

• Responsible for building up, maintaining the quality management system according to standards and assess its efficiency and effectiveness regularly;
• Organize to formulate and update process documents in guidance with CSR, directives from corporate, division and business unit, etc…;
• Responsible for coordination internal system audit from corporate, external system audit from DQS and audit from customer. Organize to define and follow up corrective actions.
• Responsible for planning and implementation of internal process audits. Organize to define and follow up corrective actions.
• Support plant quality manager and cross functions to roll out directives from corporate, division and business unit.
• Support plant quality manager and general manager to organize management review process according to the requirement of division directive.
• Tasks assigned by line manager.

Your Profile as Quality System Engineer:

• At least 5-year working experience in quality management system in automotive industry.
• Bachelor degree or above.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• IATF16949 internal auditor certificated, registered external auditor is preferred.
• VDA6.3 internal auditor certificated.
• Expertise at Quality Management System, very strong on IATF16949 automotive industry Quality system knowledge and experience.
• Familiar with CSR, i.e. Ford Q1, SGM BIQS, VW Formal Q etc..
• Familiar with Q-tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA,8D, LPA, etc..).
