Prototype Quality Engineer

About the Team

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Zhangjiagang. 

Your Profile as Prototype Quality Engineer:

• Control and adherence to the planned quality for the surface treatment process.
• Managing and minimizing non-conformities in the field of prototype production with the impact and impact on product quality.
• Management and settlement of non-conforming material and products from the prototype production process.
• Training of workers on qualitative aspects of the prototype production process.
• Carrying out preventive and control activities in areas related to the prototype production process for quality assurance.
• Conducting tests and trials related to the prototype production process and analyzing their results.
• Evaluation, identification of causes of inefficiency, initiation of corrective measures in the prototype production process.
• Disposal and/or blocking of non-conforming products from the prototyping process.

What you can look forward to as Prototype Quality Engineer:

• Education: Vehicle engineering/mechanical engineering..etc. Bachelor or above.
• Experience: 5 year.
• Language skills: English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of shock absorber mechanism and problem solving, production process.
• Knowledge of components measurement and problem analysis.
• General knowledge of IATF 16949 and 8D Troubleshooting Method.
