Prototype Coordinator

Your tasks:

• Coordinates prototype orders for the whole lead time in the proto shop.
• Coordination of scheduling of PPOs in collaboration with the workshop team and the project team under consideration of capacity, availability of components and customer dates.
• Tracks PPOs in cooperation with engineering, sales, the regional prototype coordinator, project manager.
• Participates tracking meetings.
• Reports PPO status and measures.
• Prioritizes PPOs within bottlenecks (e.g. welding, assembly, quality check).
• Uses reporting path and escalation procedure to achieve prototype deadlines.
• Close collaboration with regional and global prototype coordination.
• Executes the role of SAP KPN Scase "proto coordinator" (Depending on individual local allocation of responsibilities – otherwise: material planer).

Your profile:

• Deep knowledge of the prototype processes.
• Deep knowledge of the products.
• Good knowledge of the plant organization.
• Good knowledge of SAP KPN and ERP.
• Basic business, IT and communication skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
