职位设置主要目的 Main Objectives

 

Realization of Program Purchasing target according to the criteria of ZF on basis of sales planning under adherence to project timing and quality aspects.
Ensure systematic and efficient process for Program Purchasing & related interfaces.

 

主要职责 Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

Guarantee flawless project launch:

Actively drive purchasing activities in project launch phase. Closely support program buyer who represents the sourcing phase coordinator on project information/sourcing status/feasibility study… for SP projects.

Timely response to cross-function team. Include project management / quality / logistic / manufacturing.

System Maintenance: SAP data maintenance. New SA created according to SAB/SAB decision and price updated according to CML/CMS.

Release spot PO at project phase to order the samples according to the purchasing request.

 

 

Daily operation:

Support annual OP planning process.

Review/communicate project plan with cross function team. Take part in plant regular review meeting.

Support internal and external audit(VDA/customer)  from purchasing perspective.

Collaborate related function to address/escalate critical issues in an efficient approach  (e.g. customer quality claim and logistic accident). It requires the integrated capability of quick analysis and reaction.

 

 

Responsible for competitive BOM cost and driving cost reduction continuously:

Analyse the key cost drivers and Develop plan during launch phase.

Continuously improve the PP data base and chase the cost optimization opportunity with CP and cross function team.

VAVE & CIS:  Initiate the VA/VE program to continuously optimize the cost structure on supplier side Follow up the approved cases and keep it on track from purchasing side. Support CIS cases from purchasing function.

 

 

KPI and process management

He/She supports to define performance measurement systems and ensures the implementation and reporting of KPIs(PPV1/PPV2/VAVE/On time sourcing) related to Program Purchasing.

He/She ensure team application of SWAT

He/She drives overall competitive BOM cost and reduction continuously, VAVE.

Take effective measures and report to superior in case of deviation in goal achievement or deregulation

Working experience

Over 3 years Purchasing experience in automotive industry. Mixture of Commodity and Program Purchasing experience preferred.

University Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
