Production Supervisor

Your tasks:

• Production Plans work assignments, directs tasks and assists in achieving production objectives.
• Responsible for employee, process, and quality issues as well as first level corrective actions.
• Responsible for managing scrap, hourly production rate to standard, efficiency, downtime and overtime.
• Coordinates production activities with support functions such as maintenance, materials, manufacturing engineering, quality, safety, etc.
• Check operator's training level and work discipline, responsible for developing the skills of manufacturing personnel through coaching, training, motivating and counseling.
   

Your profile:

• Minimum of 8 year of related experience.
• Knowledge of and skills in SAP and ZFPS.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and to act independently with minimal supervision.
• Sound decision making ability.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
