Production Manager

We are looking for a new colleague at our location in Zhangjiagang

Your tasks:

• Develops CC manufacturing objectives consistent with existing sales, projected sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
• Sets, maintains and manages high standards of manufacturing.
• Reviews reports on manufacturing activities, performance and results and initiates corrective actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors.
• Initiates various programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency of CC operation.
• Evaluates and improves manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and techniques .
• Determines proper staffing and skill levels for the CC operation.
• Manages and trains production staff.
• Coordinates with other function managers in planning and implementing manufacturing programs for braking operations.
• Establishes braking production schedule and targets to meet the requirements of existing and projected sales orders.

Your profile:

• Bachelor dedree
• 5 years + experienced in Production
