Plant Quality Head

About The Team

We are looking for a new colleague with expertise in quality management as the head of quality function in our ZJG plant for our product line Chassis Suspension, Division Chassis Solutions at our Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, China.

What you can look forward to as Plant Quality Head:

• Develop and maintain quality procedures, standards, and a quality management system on the basis of ZF standards.
• Develop and specify inspection and test plans on the basis of internal quality assurance procedures, methods, and tools based on ZF standards.
• Support the certification according to ISO TS16949.
• Coordinate quality audits of existing processes and products and coordinate the involvement of in- and external auditors.
• Solve problems in differing situations requiring the identification and selection of solutions.
• Prepare quality management analyses in case of new or modified products and processes.
• Cooperate with customers, subcontractors, and independent inspection, and actively engage in the global ZF Quality Management Network.
• Lead, motivate, and develop reporting staff and provide training on the subject of quality management.
• Develop continuous improvement programs as well as coordinate and participate in projects and sub-projects.

Your Profile as Plant Quality Head:

• Degree in engineering or quality management.
• Min. 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with people of different professional levels.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Fluent in both English & Mandarin.
