NPM Commodity Facility Management Buyer

We are looking for a new colleague in the Material Management Department at our location in Zhangjiagang.

Your Tasks

• Support Commodity Manager KPI’s including Cost Savings, both EBIT and non-EBIT, improving overall payment terms and driving spend.
• Collaborate with all function and Business Unit stakeholders and ensure that all functional groups are in agreement and conformance with regulation and policies related to sourcing responsible commodity segments.
• Lead regional implementation of commodity strategy. Deduce a local strategy from the global strategy of facility management with following implementation.  
• Responsible of cost structure methods and target setting in coordination with global commodity manager.
• Manage project sourcing process and contracts
• Manage suppliers to assure ZF can obtain good service, high quality and competitive price during whole purchasing process.
• Minimize business risk through strict supplier management system and well compliance of all company management processes.
• Support Sourcing Decisions 

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Purchasing or related industrial experience.
• Experience with facility maintenance, recyclables, site service is desired
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing the supply base
• Demonstrated performance in working cross-functionally
• English business fluent
