Tasks:

  • Supervising of mechatronic processes incl. software (flashing, sensor teaching, end-of-line testing, product commissioning) for mechatronic actuators during series production
  • Improving and evaluating/implementing changes of testing procedures, and product commissioning processes, as well as station/machine concepts
  • Planning and conducting of analyses (software tests, problem-solving, time studies, feasibility, process capability, measurement system analyses,…)
  • Creating and maintaining of process and quality documentation (work instructions, process-FMEA, control plans, reaction plans,…)
  • Determining and continuously improving of production key performance indicators

Profile:

  • University, technical degree in Mechatronics, Automization technology or similar education, with several years professional experience
  • Knowledge in C/C++/C# required; Experience in working with CANoe and CAPL in bus systems CAN(-FD) and Flexray desired
  • High degree of self-reliance and self-initiative, combined with willingness to work in teams
  • Good MS Excel knowledge, fluent English language skills
  • Desirable skills: measurement system analysis
