PLC Engineer

About the Team

Our Manufacturing Engineering team is responsible for manufacturing processes of product, define the equipment fixture and tooling to implement the production came true for customer with an excellent way.

What you can look forward to as PLC Engineer:

• Take in charge for mechanical and electrical maintenance for the whole equipment.
• Be familiar with the guideline manual, including pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical diagram and prints.
• Be familiar with PLC, be able to monitor controlling program, figure out the machine trouble, and edit simply program. Siemens S7 PLC are preferred.
• Provide the specification of spare parts, fill in maintenance shift record, being familiar with SAP is preferred.
• Maintain the equipment regularly according to the PM, and timely updating the PM/TPM content list.
• Patrol the production line and timely eliminate the machine faults to ensure smooth operation of production line.
• Support ME to finish process validation, test, equipment debugging, samples build or other tasks.
• Instruct the operator to perform autonomous maintenance.

Your Profile as PLC Engineer:

• At least 2 years' experience in an electronics manufacturing environment. Experience with fully automation assembly line is desired.
• Educational: college in an electronics related field, or equivalent education.
• Hands on PLC programming and diagnostic is desired.
• Hands on with mechanical tools application. Be familiar with electrical line & theory.
• Skills of Simple English communication are desired.
