About the Team

Our Manufacturing Engineering team is responsible for manufacturing processes of product, define the equipment fixture and tooling to implement the production came true for customer with an excellent way.

What you can look forward to as Maintenance Engineer:

• Daily routine checking on production line and support equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairing work when machine breakdown.
• Setup facility/production equipment maintenance program, assist machine relocation and installation.
• Provide repair and maintenance for the line equipment and facility related services, perform general periodic maintenance.
• Determine requirements for process equipment, develop PM and TPM instructions and train PM technicians and TPM operators.
• Identify spare part/tooling, create and update spare part list.
• Proficient in using A3 analysis tools to analyze TOP ISSUES, MTTR,MTBF and make improvement measures.

Your Profile as Maintenance Engineer:

• 5 years manufacturing experience in automotive industry and experience in CNC Machining maintenance and hydraulic fixtures.
• Good analysis and communication with peer group.
• Strong at problem solving and trouble shooting.
• Proficient in using SIMENS CNC 840DSL , Step7 S7-300 PLC, SIMENS 1500 PLC and KUKA Robot.
• Able to read hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, with experience in managing hydraulic fixtures.
• Possesses strong electrical skills.
