Head of Plant SCM/Logistics

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in the SCM Department at our location in Zhangjiagang.

What you can look forward to as Head of Plant SCM/Logistics:

• Be responsible for multi-function management includes Warehouse, Production & Material Planning, Customer Service, Logistics.
• Responsible for implementation of Excellence Metrics and achieving the goals. Provide effective leadership to the team.
• Translate each performance goal into a structured Improvement Plan. Hold team meetings at regular intervals to review KPI and improvement plan.
• Implementation and Managing SAPSystem - Design and implement business processes in alignment with SAP system.  Maintain accurate database.
• Implement e-business tools such as EDI, electronic ASN, use of VIN / DCCAR tools to ensure efficient communication.

Your Profile as Head of Plant SCM/Logistics:

• Min 5 years Logistics manager working experience in Multinational manufacturing company. Automotive Industry Tier 1 preferred.
• Similar scope of functions is needed.
• Good at Excel, PPT, Good Knowledge of SAP.
• Fluent verbal and written both in English and Mandarin.
• BS/BA or equivalent experience, CPIM/MBA is a plus.
