Job Description

This Job Role is part of Job Family "Finance, Accounting and Controlling" / Sub-Job-Family "Functional Controlling" and includes jobs primarily concerned with Strategic and operational controlling, cost analysis of operative processes and investments and the related management reporting, for a range of regional, functional organization units.

Details to this Job Role will be provided with the roll-out of the global job architecture.

Your tasks:

• Business controlling:

Monthly closing, rolling forecast, annual budget plan, various FP&A management reports, projects' profitability analysis and tracking, etc.

• Production controlling:

Operation performance, factory costs, efficiencies, investment, productivities, etc.

Annual Operating Planning including development of annual standard hourly direct labor rate, standard manufacturing costs, standard costs in the system annually.

• Accounting / reporting

Coordinate and manage shared service team for monthly closing, statutory reports preparation, reconcile the reports under Local PRC GAAP and IFRS GAAP.

Monthly Balance sheet reconciliation and review.

Annual E&Y auditing, internal auditing, etc.

• Tax /treasury

Monthly tax filling, annual company income tax filling

High technology certificate, annual R&D Super reduction, etc.

Work with China holding treasury team for payment and cash pooling activities.

Others

Coordinate the plant and Asia Pacific Cost Estimating team in preparations of cost estimates for new products and product changes.

Perform other directly related appropriate duties as assigned.

Your profile:

• Prior experience in controlling functions within a manufacturing environment (prefer in automotive industry), and prior plant experiences is a MUST.
• Experience for business case/acquisition (Business partner role).
• Should have team management experience.
• Strong business sense, excellent analytical skills, Business partner.
• Strong cross function communication skills, and effectiveness in problem solving situations.
