About the Team

The Finance Department is a vibrant and dynamic team, filled with young talents who are brimming with passion.

What you can look forward to as Finance Analyst : 

• Business controlling: Monthly closing, rolling forecast, annual budget plan, various FP&A management reports. Investment, capex, CIP, etc. 
• Production controlling: Investment, capex, CIP, creation, monitor and following up, etc. Operation performance, factory costs, efficiencies, productivities, etc. Assist in preparation of annual Operating Planning including development of annual standard hourly direct labor rate, standard manufacturing costs.
• Accounting / reporting: Coordination for the monthly Balance sheet reconciliation and review, following up. Support finance controller and deep involved for the annual E&Y auditing, etc.
• Tax /treasury: Responsible for monthly tax filling, annual company income tax filling. Support for the high technology certificate, annual R&D Super reduction, etc.
• Others: Perform other directly related appropriate duties as assigned.

Your Profile as Finance Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• Minimum of around 4~5 years' experience in finance/accounting in a manufacturing environment, with strong exposure to plant’s product costing, MNC and automotive experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP system is a must. SAP and KP8 experience highly preferred.
• Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills; team player and ability to work independently with all levels of the organization.
