Designer for Toolings/Gauges

The team is committed to further enhancing its production and delivery capabilities to more effectively meet the needs of its global customers.

What you can look forward to as Designer for Toolings/Gauges:

• Responsible for design tool / fixture for new project base on understanding of new product design drawing and FMEA.
• Tracking tool /fixture status to meeting project time from purchasing status to tooling onsite.
• Involve prototype tool /fixture build in supplier side and tool /fixture assembly.
• Involve prototype tool /fixture pre-acceptance.
• Responsible for prototype tool /fixture debug and final- acceptance (Cmk ..etc).
• Responsible for existing tool /fixture design and maintenance optimization for efficiency / quality ensure for mass production.
• Responsible for management of welding related fixtures (including pressing, welding, punching, etc).
• Involve define tool /fixture maintenance documentation and wear parts.

Your Profile as Designer for Toolings/Gauges:

• Rich experience of fixture / tooling design.
• Good understanding in fixture adjustment.
• Good analysis and communication with peer group.
• Strong at problem solving and trouble shooting.
• Be familiar with welding process would be a plus.
• Proficiency in 3D graphics software (SolidWorks, Auto CAD…). 
• Good English reading, writing, and speaking skills are preferred.
• Be matured, pro-active and dynamic, with good communication skills.
