Customer Quality Engineer

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague who will join our Quality team in Chassis plant located in Zhangjiagang, Suzhou.

What you can look forward to as Customer Quality Engineer:

• Quality planner for new projects (Quality target definition, APQP planning, quality gate review, launch readiness, supplier readiness, GP12, customer release...)
• Customer approval for mass production change.
• Customer audits and follow-up, CSR evaluation and negotiation.
• Customer complaint handling and problem solving with the team.
• Quality target definition for new project.
• Cross-functional activities. (meetings, workshops…), Sample quality assurance.
• Lessons learnt for new projects.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Your Profile as Customer Quality Engineer:

• Bachelor degree or above, Min.3 years working experience in automotive manufacturing enterprises.
• Project quality, quality planning or customer quality experience is required
• Fluent in both written and oral English.
• Problem solving skills, communication skills, Teamwork
