About the team:
We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF's Aftermarket team in Zagreb. In this role you will expand and maintain Passenger Car workshop network, provide technical support and training to secure service for our products and pull through sales.

What you can look forward to as Workshop Technical & Network Specialist :

• Act as the one-face of ZF AM to workshops in a certain geography.
• Drive revenue growth by maximizing the opportunity of the entire ZF AM value proposition to workshops: developing new business opportunities, expanding partner network, and strengthening existing workshop partnerships.
• Ensure seamless integration of sales, technical, and marketing support to workshops.
• Position ZF as a trusted partner by combining commercial acumen with strong technical expertise, supporting both sales performance and customer satisfaction.Actively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities towards workshops
• Foster the development and manage the ZF [pro]Tech workshop network - ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth through partner acquisition / partner retention.
• Provide commercial and technical support, including handling enquiries, warranty cases, and tailored partner solutions.
• Deliver technical training to distributors and workshops.
• Represent ZF at trade shows, customer events, and industry associations to strengthen market presence.
• Conduct market and competition monitoring, providing insights to sales, product, and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of contracts, quotations, orders, and customer requests.

What you can look forward to as Workshop Technical & Network Specialist:  

• Master Technician or Mechanic or equivalent
• 3-5 years in the automotive aftermarket with Strong knowledge of the PC IAM workshop / distribution landscape with a hunter mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with workshops
• Proven ability to learn and maintain knowledge on a highly diverse and complex products and services portfolio
• Ability to translate technical insights into commercial opportunities.
• Demonstrate the ability delivering technical training and handling technical inquiries
• Strong self organizational skills and confident presence in customer-facing roles
• English and Croatian language knowledge (additional languages is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good technical knowledge for ZF PC parts, systems and diagnostic tools considered as an advantage
• Willingness to travel and engage with customers on-site
• Valid driver’s license (company car provided as a benefit)
