Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverabl

(SWSDAB)

•Overall lead regional engineering team/ engineering activities

•Develop and maintain a strong/capable team.
•Responsible for resource planning and ED&T control.
•Build up good customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction.
•Improve collaboration with NP- SA partner.
•Support business growth with JOEMs together with sales.
•Lead each customer engineering group for projects execution meeting internal & customer expectation.
•Ensure effective communication and exchange of experience with global team
 
(Testing)

・Make the verification plan

・Coordination and monitoring of the verification plan

・Analysis and presentation of results from crash tests, sled tests and simulations

・Work with data acquisition system & measuring instruments

・Leading and managing the test team
