About the Team:

This position operates as a standalone HR role at the site, serving as the primary HR partner to local leadership and employees.
As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with global HR teams to implement company-wide HR strategies while ensuring alignment with local business needs and labor regulations.
 

What you can look forward to as Site Human Resources Business Partner:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to site management on all people-related topics
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives
  • Provide guidance on performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations
  • Lead full employee lifecycle management including recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and HR data management
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements
  • Drive annual performance review and goal-setting processes at the site
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture

 

Your Profile as Site Human Resources Business Partner:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a standalone site HR role
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations
  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret HR metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • Experience in automotive technology, ADAS, autonomous driving, semiconductors, or HPC environments and collaboration with global HR teams is a strong advantage
