What you can look forward as Technical Project Manager:

  • Customer project front end management for Electric Drive, Transmission, Clutch system, Axle and Chassis component products for CV and passenger car.
  • Technical representative for Japanese customers to cross bridge between customer’s expectation to ZF product requirements.
  • Regular communication with global project team for project coordination and annual business planning.
  • Leading competence management for local team.
  • Active contribution in strategy setting based on global technical trend and local customer needs

 

Your profile as Technical Project Manager:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background is preferable
  • General knowledge about cyber security trend which may be relevant for future automotive development
  • Experience in managing projects on vehicle components (power train, .e.t.c.) or vehicle systems
  • Business level Japanese/English skill at both oral and writing; German is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial Competencies (Customer orientation, power of decision, dealing with complexity)
  • Social & Interpersonal Competencies (Communication, Building relationships, Conflict Management)
  • Strong in Vector DaVinci tools, Vector CAN tools (CANoE, CANanalyser, CANape)
  • Strongly interact with software, hardware, testing and production teams to ensure a common further understanding of the cyber security threats, risks, features
  • Automotive Cybersecurity concepts like Secure Boot, Secure Diagnostics, Secure Flash, SecOC
  • Worked on Cybersecurity components like SFD, IVD, CSM and HSM
  • Experience in application & calibration of AT or AMT transmissions
  • Experience in managing projects on E-Mobility and/or ECU system/products
  • Working knowledge of powertrain technology and the technical aspects of applications engineering within product design/development stages.
  • QMS experience (QS9001 and/or IATF16949)
