Key Account Manager, Test Systems, Special Driveline Technology
Actively driving and managing the sales and project management process for Japan customers with good skills in technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in close cooperation with the ZF sales/engineering team in the HQ in Germany as the key technical advisor and product advocate for complex automated test equipment, drive systems.



  • Relationship building, new customer development, regular customer care and contact.
  • Sales and project management for ZF Test Systems:
    • Responsibility for development and delivery of product demonstrations
    • Responsibility for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
    • Ability to respond to and understand functional and technical elements of RFQ´s, quotations and specifications
    • Ability to convey customer requirements to overseas product management and teams
    • Customer and market analysis, analysis of factors influencing the business environment.
  • Sales and project management for ZF Special Driveline Technology:
    • Responsible for expanding the business with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
    • Responsible for driving identification, prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities.
    • Responsible for providing feedback and address business issues affecting the performance of the relationship/portfolio with relevant functions within ZF.
    • Assists in the development of sales plan and sales forecast.



  • 5 years’ experience in project management/sales experience preferably in the Automotive industry or test equipment company
  • Bacehelors degree or equivalent relevant experience required
  • Proficiency with English (Business level)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
