Job Description

About the team:

The position belongs to the aftermarket division to streamline ZF Aftermarket's five premium product brands and service concepts in Japan. Aftermarket division offers products and services related to the maintenance, repair, and enhancement of a product after its initial sale. In Japan, there are over 20 members, including those from Field Sales, Sales Support, Technical Service, and Operations teams working in Aftermarket division.

 

What you can look forward as IAM Sales:

  • Make sure to reach sales targets, individual targets, CS barometers, etc.
  • Custmers and Products: IAM (Independent Aftermarket) and Service Partners mainly in Commercial Vehicle and Passenger Car segments for five premium brands.
  • Proactively pursue and achieve sales target, sales forecast, etc. and to enhance service concept in Japan by demonstrating strong coordination skills, hypothetical thinking, agility, etc.
  • Strengthen customer relationship by covering both technical and sales activities with trustworthy and respectful attitude as main point of contact.
  • Handle issues in quality, delivery, etc. areas as main customer contact and liaise with inner different departments for better customer experience. 
  • Collect market information such as customer needs, trends, etc. through daily communications with customers and/or specially assigned projects.

 

Your profile as IAM Sales:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing industry
  • Experience in Sales and/or Marketing at Automotive OEM or Supplier is preferred
  • Fully proficient in Japanese (oral and written)
  • Intermediate Business level in English
  • Self-motivated team player with hypothetical thinking 
  • Valid Driving license in Japan
