Head of ME & Head of Maintenance

We are looking for one candidate in Xian Location.

Your Task:

• Plan, Organize the plant production, process and equipments to meet the output, quality and HS&E targets.
• Innovate new approaches and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Work with global team for inflator new technology introduction and standardization;
• Work with global AME and purchasing team to develop local suppliers for cost saving and fast reaction.
• Org. internal communication with Team member to achieve maximum output efficiency of machinery while adhering to all process guidelines.
• Provide training or coach for subordinates to develop them, set a good communication and learning environment.
• Set up, maintain and develop production equipments running, ensure it always safe, stable, credible, and environmental protection.
• Do the prevention maintenance plan and contingency plan for facility equipments, to provide facility support for production line.
• Ensure compliance to all ZF's Legal & Ethical Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
• People development. Identify new talents and build robust organization to support business growth for ME and Maintenance team.
• Lead and develop maintenance and MRO team to guarantee production running and breakdown solving.
• Complete other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor/manager.

Your Profile:

• 8-10 years manufacturing experience, 3+ related experience, esp. MNC
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English, strong at communication with different people under different business situation
• Familiar with FMEA, Control Plan, 8D.
