V&V Engineer

We are looking for a new colleague in Division A at our location in Caidian, Wuhan.

Your tasks:

Identify V&V efforts based on customer specifications and product concept .
Make sure PSS product accordance to customer specifications, ZF internal spec and legal requirements.
Product validation e.g. test fixture design, create and deploy DVP&R, test report etc.
Handing over to lab regarding the correct test setup.
Release for Application development process, CV, DV, PV release, design review, single part status, product deviated and released, based on DVP&R status and results. create V&V release report, release recommendation of components for installation in customer vehicles.

Your profile:

General knowledge of engineering testing and measurement and processing.
product's specific test equipment knowledge (e.g. SBS-g lock device, airbag SD iginition device.
General test equipment knowledge(e.g. vibration shocker, thermal chamber etc).
Good knowledge in development of Restraint Systems for Vehicle specific safety concepts.
Familiar with occupant safety system and vehicle designs and testing is a plus.
