Program Purchasing Buyer

We are looking for new colleagues who will join our location Wuhan.

Your tasks：

• Lead SWS NPI team to achieve committed saving task and localization task according to ZF OPSP.
• Lead SWS NPI team to support programs safe launch: BOM cost management, on time sourcing, on time PPAP, supply chain problem solving, maintain SWS parts in purchasing system.
• Lead SWS VAVE execution activities after VAVE case approval, including GCS sourcing, supplier PPAP, change management by working with cross function team.
• Capacity management: capacity planning (support product management team), capacity tool and replacement tool management.
• Change management: lead change implementation in projects.
• SWS CLS support à work with portfolio managers, CLS team and VAVE team to generate VAVE ideas and lead activities, support CQA team to win new business.

Your profile：

• Over 5 years working experience in automotive industries, experience in passive safety especially steering wheel products is preferred.
• Familiar with passive safety products, especially Casting / Decorative / Leather / Stamping / Electronic products.
• Strong sense leadership and ownership.
• Fluent oral / reading / written English.
• Open minded and excellent communication skill.
