GL Accountant of SSC AP

We are looking for a GL Accountant who will join our team at our location Wuhan.

Your tasks

• Be responsible for FA ledger, including creation, master data maintenance, depreciation run, disposal & transfer etc. in ERP system
• Prepare journal and supporting documents, post GL journals in ERP according to group process and the agreement on process with local company and group;
• Finish month end / year end closing tasks timely and accurately according to the closing timetable;
• Finish the group reports accurately before the reporting deadline;
• Prepare local financial reports according to local GAAP & requirement;
• Do journals filing monthly;
• Reconcile the GL accounts regularly to ensure the bookings and clearings are correct and timely;
• Create GL account and maintain the chart of accounts in ERP system;
• Assist internal and external audit;
• Support RTR process owner on continuously process improvement. Timely communicate with process owner and the leader for the findings on variation of standard process in the daily operation;
• Lead or coordinate GL/FA projects as assigned.
• Coach or guide junior GL accountant on the business.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leaders.

Your profile:

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting processes, preferably in a shared service environment
• College or above,major in accounting or finance
• Good command of English
• Good at MS Office, good Excel skills,Knowledge and experience of SAP and/or Navision
