DFE Engineer - Sustainability

 We are looking for new colleagues who will join our team at our location Wuhan

 Your task:

•Implement and establish the Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) calculation in R&D

•Calculate the PCF for assembly products to set baseline and to support R&D in decision making process with regards to CO2e reduction

•Support engineering in identification of potential reduction levers

•Support engineering with PCF calculation for specific components to evaluate CO2e reduction levers (e.g. to compare different variants)

•Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements

•Ensure implementation of OSS Product Stewardship processes and deliverables

Your profile:

•knowledge in Product (and production processes)

•Intercultural awareness

•High multidisciplinary team management ability

•communicator (bridge builder)

•customer (internal & external) focus aligned with project management

•Robust global internal & external network

•Understanding of product carbon footprint calculation schemes

•Knowledge about different green house gas emission scopes

•Detailed analytical skills

•Expertise in material technology (Metals, Polymer, Textiles)
