We’re reinforcing our airbag PM team at Shanghai/Wuhan location.

Key tasks:

• The Project Manager is responsible for managing predominantly projects within the business unit in accordance with ZF’s new product introduction management process requirements. 
• In accordance with PMI standards, PM is responsible for managing all aspects of a project over the entire life of the project as shown by the following process:  Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing.
• PM handle the project from GDPEP 1-8: (1). supporting / managing acquisition activities during GDPEP 1 and 2 phases, (2).managing the customer interface from GDPEP Phases 3-8, (3).for interfacing with all areas affected by the project, ensuring successful integration of all project work products.

• The project manager is responsible to balance the competing demands of scope, time, and cost (also known as the “triple constraint”)

• Education: Bachelor degree in project management, engineering or related technical field required. English proficiency required
• Experience: At least five years Project Management experience through the entire project life cycle as outlined in the PMI PMBOK (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, and Closing). Six to ten years of experience in the automotive or supplier industry.
