Test Manager

Your Tasks:

•  Full Management responsibility from project initiation (offer, budget, resources, project schedule, risk management etc.) to the effective execution of product validation;
•  Drive hardware and software product validation;
•  Establishing clear responsibilities for tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed and provide timely feedback;
•  Coordinating and facilitating delivery of product validation objectives;
•  Tracking progress and reviewing task to make certain deadlines are met appropriately;
•  Assessing issues and identifying solutions to meet productivity, quality and goals;
•  Proactively communicating test status, issues and risk to project management with solutions proposals;
•  Conducting regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view;
•  Contribute in Test Management team knowledge grow;
•  Other duties may be assigned.

Your Profile:

•  M.Sc. Degree in engineering field; 
•  Experience in Test and Project Management;
•  Experience of PTC Integrity desirable;
•  Good English in writing and speaking;
•  Management skills;
•  Ability to work independently to reach defined goals, finding solutions;
•  Travel required up to 10% of the time;
•  Distinguished career in automotive sector is appreciated.
