We’re strengthening our R&D Electronics team (TDPJP1) at our location in Wroclaw.

Your Tasks:

• Interface between project management and product development for Electronic Control Units;
• Ensuring the planning and execution of all development-related tasks in accordance with the ZF development process as well as within the agreed time, quality and costs;
• Management of cross functional engineering teams in global development projects through all project phases as well as planning and performing of gate reviews, Project controlling of internal development budgets and reporting to management;
• Problem and risk management during the project and technical coordination to drive for counter measures and mitigation actions;
• Alignment and communication of technical topics with the internal and external stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or similar course of study paired with a good understanding of business administration;
• Several years of experience in product development in the automotive / automotive industry, ideally in the area of electronic hardware, system or software development;
• Experience in requirements management and development-related project management, knowledge of risk and change management is an advantage;
• Good comprehension, strong communication, team player, high degree of independence;
• Very good knowledge of Polish and English language, further languages welcome.
