Your Tasks:

•  Guide technical Project Managers on Project, Risk and Escalation Management;
•  Develop Project Management standards for technical Project Managers according to international standards;
•  Support the Projects into through the Agile Transformation;
•  Establish an cadence based planning for each project in your responsibility;
•  Develop improvements and drive them into the Organization.

Your Profile:

•  Master degree in Engineering or Project Management. (Certificates are benefitial);
•  Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management;
•  Experience in Agile working (Certificates according to SAFe are beneficial);
•  Experiences as Trainer or Coach are beneficial;
•  Good skill in written and spoken English.
