Tasks:

Managing, leading and inspiring a cross-functional international projects
Managing project budget and team resources, set up financials of the project and ensuring data accuracy in charge to create the Business Case and ensuring to stay in the BC targets
Anticipating risks, managing risk mitigation actions and initiating necessary escalations
Definition and verification of individual project goals for each project member in the project team
Assuring compliance to ZF and customer’s standard processes, driving to continuous improvements

Profile:

Successfully completed study in Project management, Engineering or related field
Previous experience from manufacturing industry
Experience in leading at least one project from beginning to SOP in manufacturing industry
Previous experience in project management, remote management will be an advantage
Experience with VMT – Value Management would be an advantage
Fluent in English, German and Polish will be an advantage
Knowledge of requirements and risk management
Knowledge of MS Project
