Your tasks as a Program Buyer (m/f/d):

• Assess sourcing needs with project leader for assigned programs/projects

• Perform total cost analysis, preparing basis for decision during the project execution phase (BOM cost, tooling, supplier development cost)

• Initiate and drive on time sourcing activities for components as required to meet Quality Cost Delivery targets for assigned programs/projects

• Prepare, maintain and report a consolidated view of project from the Sourcing & Purchasing perspective

• Order prototypes, tools and samples required for assigned programs/projects

Your profile as a Program Buyer (m/f/d):

• Degree in Engineering, Program Management, Materials/Logistics or Supply Chain preferred

• Min. 2 years of experience in purchasing or similar function / project management role, with track record in negotiation, decision making and working within a matrix team

• Experience in automotive and/or safety critical business is highly desired

• Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint. SAP experience preferred

• Very good knowledge of Polish and English; additional German would be an asset

• Good written, communication, organizational and detail-orientated skills, as part of a global cross functional matrix team.
