R&D Process Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

About the Team

The R&D Governance Team is a part of the R&D Operations Department within ZF-CVS. The Team plays a key role in ensuring the Department vision - "Engineering Excellence in Execution". The team is now in its growing phase, and is planned to have its global presence in four strategic R&D Locations within ZF-CVS (Hannover-Germany, Wroclaw-Poland, Chennai-India & Shanghai-China).

What you can look forward to as R&D Process Compliance Specialist (m/f/d):

• Review & Approve compliance of engineering project process tailoring in line with internal standard process for R&D & ASPICE/CMMI standards;
• Perform regular health-checks on Product Development activities acc. to ASPICE/CMMI framework on Strategic Projects & proposing action items;
• Review and report the product maturity risks related to engineering deviation concession notes (DCN);
• Measure projects against R&D KPI achievement & report status to R&D Governance Leader;
• Support Review & Approval of R&D specific elements of standard process updates;
• Support in bridging reviews between Divisional & Corporate standard processes;
• Provide Feedback on health status of projects and execute conformance checks on closure of action items or findings.

Your Profile as R&D Process Compliance Specialist (m/f/d):

• Engineering Degree (Electronics/Mechanical/Computer/System) with 4-8 years of working experience in Product Development activities / Quality assurance/ process implementation;
• Certified Provisional Assessor (or higher) is a benefit;
• Very good understanding of Automotive SPICE PRM and PAM;
• High experiences in embedded development activities & projects in Automotive / Aerospace industry;
• Previous experience in Performing technical reviews, KPI reporting, Technical Project Management (beneficial);
• Previous Experience in performing ASPICE Assessments / Quality Reviews is essential;
• Good skills in English, German and Polish language highly welcomed.
