Process Consultant

Your Tasks:

• Train & guide R&D Project Members on applying Engineering Process Framework (PEP) in Product Development projects in order to reach agreed ASPICE Capability Level;

• Identify ASPICE / PEP related training needs and improvements;

• Run Assessments of PEP implementation status in the project and working with the project team on improving process adherence;

• Acting as Interface between Process Experts and Project Members.

Your profile:

• Engineering Degree (Electronics/Mechanical/Computer/System) with 4-8 years of working experience in process implementation;

• Certified Provisional Assessor (or higher) - nice to have;

• Very good understanding of Automotive SPICE PRM and PAM;

• High experiences in embedded development activities & projects in Automotive / Aerospace industry;

• Experience as Trainer or Coach is beneficial;

• Fluent in English, Polish language highly welcomed.
