Engineering & Testing Processes & Quality Specialist

Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables:
•    Engineering processes definition/ownership
•    Tracking of project quality (incl. engineering check points/gate reviews)
•    Definition of engineering strategy and global footprint
•    Coordinates operation & sales plannings incl. KPI tracking for Aftermarket Engineering
•    Harmonization of IT tools and engineering processes
•    Planning and Performing internal engineering project audits (world-wide) = engineering process compliance checks
•    Organize and track the engineering process efficiency
•    Training of engineers in Product engineering related processes: Global Development-Product Engineering Processes
 
Required skills and experience / main competencies:
•    Degree in Engineering or Business (or Quality Management)
•    Background in Engineering Quality preferred
•    Customer orientation, excellent networker, accurate, open minded, well organized
•    Long term (5 yrs +) experience in product engineering & testing
•    Excellent process quality methods knowledge 
•    Product knowledge in Automotive industry
•    Fluent English language skills
•    Driving license
