Electrical Engineer R&D (m/f/d)

The person employed in this position will participate in innovative projects related to electromobility and in development of existing products. 
Scope of responsibilities includes the design and improvements of product constructions, cooperation with suppliers, participating in product testing and supporting other functions, technical feasibility analysis of product concepts and reviewing research.

•    Implementing new technologies and innovative solutions in the field of electromobility
•    Collaborating with other functions (marketing, project management, purchasing), actively working with suppliers
•    Conducting technical analyses, tests, and simulations
•    Developing conceptual technical solution
•    Monitoring the latest trends and technologies in electromobility and implementing them in projects
•    Ensuring project compliance with industry standards and regulations
 

Your profile as Electrical Engineer R&D:
•    Higher education in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
•    Proficiency in technical drawing & CAD software, MS Office
•    Experience working on electromobility projects will be a plus
•    Knowledge of modern technologies and trends in the field of electromobility
•    Creativity and ability to find innovative solutions
•    Openness to new ideas and flexibility in approach
•    Ability to work in a team, interpersonal & good communication skills
•    Proficiency in English and Polish, allowing for smooth technical  communication
•    Knowledge of DFMEA
•    Responsibility, attention to detail, results-oriented, ability to learn from experience, good organization, and time management, problem-solving skills
